Under an objection reporting procedure introduced by LVM, our stakeholders have the opportunity to report to ourselves concerning risks and breaches relating to human rights and the environment in accordance with German supply chain due diligence Act (LkSG) where such instances may have arisen from LVM’s commercial activity within its own sphere of business or from the corresponding sphere of one of LVM Versicherung’s direct or indirect providers.
